A Revolution in Smile Restoration

One Day Concept is an innovative dental treatment method that allows for a complete restoration of teeth during a single visit. Thanks to modern technology, precision, and the experience of Dr. Grzegorz Olszewski, patients can enjoy a healthy and beautiful smile without prolonged treatment.

What Is the One Day Concept Method?

The One Day Concept is based on placing four, six, or eight dental implants, which serve as a stable foundation for a prosthetic bridge. The key advantage is the immediate restoration of teeth, meaning the patient leaves the clinic with a new smile the very same day.

Treatment Stages:

  • Diagnostics and procedure planning
  • Implant placement
  • Attachment of a long-term provisional bridge
  • Healing process and finalization of treatment with a permanent porcelain bridge

Why Choose One Day Concept?

The One Day Concept method offers numerous benefits compared to traditional solutions such as removable dentures.

Immediate Results

The patient leaves the office with new teeth.

No Bone Grafting Required

In most cases, bone regeneration is not necessary.

Full Stability

The implants provide lasting support for the dentition.

Natural Appearance and Comfort

The porcelain bridge perfectly mimics natural teeth.

Minimally Invasive

The precise surgical technique shortens the healing time.

Who Is the One Day Concept Method For?

  • Individuals with complete tooth loss
  • Patients with advanced periodontitis
  • People with loose or uncomfortable removable dentures
  • Those seeking a durable and aesthetic solution

What Does the Step-by-Step Treatment Process Look Like?

1

Facial and Dental Photos

The doctor takes photographs of the patient’s face and teeth and performs a digital articulatory analysis—precise measurements of individual jaw movements. Based on this data, a digital scan (digital impression) is created.

2

Wax-Up – Virtual Tooth Design

Using specialized smile design software, a technician prepares a so-called wax-up, which is a virtual model of the future teeth.

3

Mock-Up

During the design process, the patient has input on the appearance of their future teeth. The shape, color, and final bridge are created only after the patient gives their approval.

4

Surgical Template

Still using digital technology, the doctor aligns the planned tooth model and places the dental implants in optimal positions to provide proper support for the bridge and ensure implant stability.

5

A Beautiful Smile

The final and most anticipated stage for the patient is the implementation of the digital design. If necessary, any remaining natural teeth are removed, and the new permanent prosthetic restoration is securely fixed according to precisely defined digital parameters.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

The entire procedure is performed under local anesthesia. Patient comfort prior to the intervention is our top priority. The patient receives pharmacological preparation, and for additional comfort we use inhalation sedation (commonly known as “laughing gas”).

The recovery period depends on the extent of the procedure. The patient may experience tenderness at the treatment site and possibly some swelling in that area.

The first bridge that is placed is a long-term provisional bridge—intended to last for a period of two years. After this period, the bridge should be replaced with a final (permanent) bridge, which can last a lifetime.

Thanks to a precise implant‐position planning technique, every part of the bone is utilized, allowing the One Day Concept method to be applied in 90 % of cases without the need for additional augmentation procedures.
